• Title Insurance/Purchase Order – Real Estate Agents and FSBO Customers, this is the order form for an Owner’s Policy, the most common way to insure title to be free & clear.
• Title Insurance/Refinance Order – This is an order commonly used with refinances.
• Letter Report – Letter Reports are commonly used for small mortgage amounts where the value of the loan does not require title insurance, but a full check of current owner judgments and liens would be helpful.
• Search & Hold – Ordered when an agent lists a home, ordering a Search and Hold can ensure a faster closing period and less surprises.
